Dr. Ashley Wright, DPT, known professionally as The Healthspan Doc, is a Gilbert, Arizona–based physical therapist and performance specialist who bridges sports medicine, regenerative therapy and longevity science. According to Wright, here are some of the best ways to incorporate wellness and longevity in your home.
