The elaborate and festive dragon boats will be splashing down the river for the Riverfront Dragon Boat & Asian Festival before you know it and the Hartford HealthCare River Rollers and Wave Riders teams will be competing. Interested? Everyone from novice to experienced is invited to join one of the teams.
Races are Aug. 16, but practice sessions on the river will begin in late July.
