BANGOR, Maine (WABI) – This time of year, Mainers are venturing more outdoors and welcoming the increase in sunshine.
However, too much sun exposure can lead to damage to both the skin and eyes, as well as cause other serious issues such as dehydration.
So, how can we get the best of these short summers months while protecting ourselves from the sun’s rays?
Breanne Bisset from Northern Light Primary Care joined WABI News at 4 and gave us some tips on how to stay safe in the sun.
