Eat Clean Bro Founder Jamie Giovinazzo Wants to Make Healthy Eating Easy for Everyone

More than a decade after launching out of a friend’s kitchen in New Jersey, Jamie Giovinazzo’s Eat Clean Bro has grown into a well-known meal delivery brand with one mission: simplify clean eating for everyday people.

Founded in 2013, Eat Clean Bro delivers ready-to-eat meals made with whole ingredients, aiming to eliminate the barriers that often prevent people from maintaining a healthy diet — such as time, cost, and confusion.

“I just wanted to help people eat better without feeling overwhelmed,” says Giovinazzo. “So many of us want to eat clean, but life gets in the way. That’s where we come in — we do the heavy lifting so our customers don’t have to.”

What started as a grassroots effort has evolved into a thriving direct-to-consumer business. Eat Clean Bro now delivers meals to select states across the country and has partnered with major retailers like ShopRite, Fairway Market, and Gourmet Garage to offer grab-and-go options in stores throughout the tri-state area.

Unlike many other services in the space, the company avoids subscriptions or upselling, and positions itself as a straightforward solution for anyone trying to eat well — from busy parents to professional athletes to celebrities.

But for Giovinazzo, the brand is about more than just food. Community service and outreach remain core to the business. Eat Clean Bro donates meals to first responders and people in need, and frequently supports local charities and events in the communities where it operates.

“It’s about more than macros,” Giovinazzo says. “We’re here to support people wherever they are in their journey — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Eating better is one piece of the puzzle, and our job is to meet them where they are and help them fuel up for whatever’s next.”

As the company continues to grow, its founder says the goal is to stay grounded in its original purpose: making healthy food accessible, without the stress.
