Actor Nia Sharma, who has been quite active on social media these days, shared that she swears by living a healthy life and even made some changes in her daily routine. “Healthy food, healthy life,” she said in a YouTube vlog, where she was seen making beetroot paratha.

She continued, “I have been doing home hacks. I have been cooking my own food. I take care of my health. Smoothies peene lag gayi hun (I drink smoothies),” Sharma, 35, added.

Drink enough water, especially if you’ve increased your fibre intake,” said Shaikh.

Focus on overall wellness, not just what’s on your plate. According to Shaikh, regular physical activity, good sleep, and mindful eating make a significant difference.

“Stress often leads to overeating or poor food choices, so managing it through yoga, walks, or unplugging from screens can help. Health isn’t built overnight; it’s a combination of consistent small actions,” said Shaikh.
