TOWSON, MD—The Baltimore County Department of Aging is gearing up to host the 38th Annual Power of Age Expo on Wednesday, October 29, at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium. The day-long event, running from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., promises to be the region’s largest resource event for older adults, caregivers, and families, boasting over 250 exhibitors.
With the theme “Live Longer, Live Well,” this year’s Expo is centered on fostering community partnerships and showcasing resources that promote health, independence, and active engagement for seniors. County Executive Katherine Klausmeier emphasized the event’s importance: “Living longer and living well means staying connected—to one another, to our communities, and to the resources that help us thrive. This Expo is a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish when we invest in each other.”
Expo Highlights and Services
Attendees can look forward to a comprehensive, one-stop-shop experience featuring services, products, and programs relevant to older adults, adults with disabilities, veterans, and caregiving professionals.
