Center for Healthy Living open houses set for next week at 3 locations

All benefits-eligible employees and their dependents covered on a Purdue health plan are invited to attend the Center for Healthy Living’s (CHL) open house events next week. All three CHL locations — in West Lafayette, Hammond and Fort Wayne— are hosting open houses. Benefits-eligible employees and their dependents covered on a Purdue health plan are encouraged to stop by the CHL open house at the location most convenient to them.

Open houses take place as follows:

The open houses provide a first-hand opportunity to become more familiar with how the CHL can help individuals with their overall health and wellness; meet their providers and health coaches; and learn about the services offered, including:

• Primary care
• Weight management
• Health care navigation
• Medication Therapy Management
• Telehealth
