Women’s Lacrosse Hosts Bryant for Youth Day Presented by Healthy Living

WOMEN’S LACROSSE NOTEBOOK
Vermont women’s lacrosse (5-8, 1-3 AE) will host Bryant (8-6, 3-1 AE) on Saturday afternoon. Action from Virtue Field will start at 12 p.m.
 
Saturday’s game is Youth Day presented by Healthy Living and poster day! Youth Day activities will be open to fans 30 minutes before the game and finish up after halftime. Youth Day activities include carnival snacks and a bounce house (weather dependent). There will be corn hole, spin the wheel to win prizes, and face painting for the fans. Kountry Kart Deli is providing 100 vouchers for Free KKD Rise N Shiners for UVM Students. Tickets for youth ages 12 and under are complimentary for Youth Day. Active and veteran military personnel will receive a free ticket with ID courtesy of Milton Cat and the UVM Ticket Office.

• Bryant has started the year off 8-6 with their most recent game defeating UAlbany 10-9 this past Saturday.

• Junior Midfielder, Emily DeGeorge leads Bryant in scoring with 37 goals this season. DeGeorge has also totaled 5 assists, 8 ground balls, and 9 caused turnovers this year.
• Vermont and Bryant will meet for the 7^th time in series history on Saturday. The last time these two teams met, the Catamounts took a 21-10 loss in Smithfield, RI.
