FARGO — Sanford Health wants to teach you how to better take care of your heart.

It will be at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 19, inside the Fargo Parks Sports Center, 6100 38th St. S.
Sanford dietitians will go over how different diets can affect your heart and steps you can take to develop heart-healthy eating habits.
“We get to clarify some misconceptions about heart healthy eating. And we also get to answer questions. You know, a lot of people have questions,” said Phil Shermoen, clinician dietitian at Sanford Health.
